What is Ornamental Whole Tree Chip?

Ornamental whole tree chip consists of chipped branches, bark, and wood from complete trees, creating varied texture and colour. This 40mm-10mm grade provides chunky coverage for large areas. Loose tipped delivery suits extensive landscaping projects requiring natural mulch.

What size is Whole Tree Chip?

Pieces range from 40mm downwards to 10mm, creating a rustic, natural appearance. The mixed composition includes bark, sapwood, and heartwood for varied colours and textures. Larger pieces provide longer-lasting coverage than standard bark.

When laying this material down nitrogen leeching is possible - avoid direct contact with plant stems. Settles significantly after 2-5 days, plants can turn yellow especially on hot days.

There is a 1m3 minimum delivery on this product. 1m3 is around 700kg in weight. This material is supplied loose tipped however for larger quantities we can offer it by the bulk bag (10 bags minimum).
