At the moment we have taken the hard decision to close the office to the public.
We are still operating as much as normal although a majority of work is being done from home. the phone lines are currently open:

These will be made with the driver operating the tail board and tipping as directed by the customer prior to delivery or over the phone. Please leave tarpaulins and markers out in advance of delivery to help save time. Tight access sites will need special consideration so please discuss this when placing your order. We will continue delivering as normal whilst the quarries remain open.
Salt collections these can be booked online on the main willis and ainsworth website. Currently same day collection are not avaialble although the store may let you put it through. All order correspondance with be automated through emails please check your emails (please check the junk file) for the order confirmation on the day of collection you will get another email before our collection slot begins to notify you of you collection point.

During this time we will continue to be able to deliver salt. This can take up to 10 working days or if required we can offer 2 day express delivery at an additional cost. Orders can be placed over the phone or online via our sister company www.thesaltshop.co.uk. Orders will be delivered to your property and placed outside your garage or door as instructed. We request that these delivery instructions are given at the time of order. At this challenging time, if you need special assistance unfortunately we may be unable to help as normal so please call the office to discuss further.
Samples of Gravel
Samples can currently be requested by email using our contact us form on the contact us page. Alternativley they can be requested by telelephone. This service is contactless at the moment and will take place at the same time as our water softener collections. Samples take 1-2 working days to arrange. Not all products are currently available as samples.
