What is Heather Blue Slate?
Heather blue slate features stunning mix of purple and deep blue slates with occasional green pieces. Flat sides and jagged edges create distinctive texture. This premium decorative aggregate is mainly due to the cost of the haulage.
What sizes available?
Primarily available in 30 - 50mm grade throughout the year. Flat slate pieces with angular edges create dramatic texture. Larger size makes bold landscape statement. Other sizes are available however not stocked locally.

Perfect for creating striking features and borders with colour impact. Ideal for contemporary gardens requiring bold statements. Excellent for mulching special plants where colour contrast desired. Popular for memorial gardens and prestigious landscaping. We wouldn't recommend it for use on heavily used paths or driveways as it breaks down over time especially during the wet weather.

Natural slate varies in exact colour mix adding character. Flat nature can make walking uncomfortable - avoid high-traffic areas. May fade slightly over years but maintains colour well. Consider smaller areas for maximum impact.
